No, but at the management office located at the PakMail store, you will find a variety of boxes and packaging supplies.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
Indoor units are typically located inside of a building on the property and are climate controlled. Outdoor units are open to the outside allowing easy accessibility for items that do not require a climate controlled atmosphere.

You can purchase a new, sealed lock at PakMail and no one else will have a key to that lock.

Hunter Oaks Storage and 123 Storage wants to make your storage experience stress-free, including paying your bill. We offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard®, Discover®, Visa® or American Express® each month without additional fees. You can also pay with check or credit card at the PakMail where the leasing office is located. You can mail your check, or take advantage of your bank’s online bill payment system. We also accept credit card payments at our website’s secure online make a payment tab.

Yes, you are responsible for those items you store at Hunter Oaks Storage or 123 Storage and insurance for those items is recommended. We suggest that you include the items with your current renter’s insurance or your current homeowner’s insurance.

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your storage needs. Hunter Oaks Storage and 123 Storage offers unit sizes range from 5×5, or 25 square feet, to 10×30, or 300 square feet. Determining the size of your storage needs is easy with the help of our Online Size Guide.
When can I access my unit?
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit during gate hours which are 5a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Please note that payments made on delinquent accounts after storage facility business hours will not allow gate access.
What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?
What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the management office located at the PakMail store. PakMail is where the facility managers are available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours your rental unit can be accessed using your assigned electronic gate code.
